Zero Discrimination Challenge: play, reflect and take action with ANI International!

Forget the usual lectures and dive into a series of interactive games designed to challenge your perception of social biases. It is the perfect opportunity to sharpen your critical thinking and share perspectives in a dynamic setting located in the heart of Paris.

QJ - Quartier Jeunes (Paris 1st)

About

As part of the 10th Parisian Week against discrimination, ANI is organizing the "Zero Discrimination Challenge: play, reflect and take action!" on Saturday, October 17, 2026, at Quartier Jeunes (4 place du Louvre, 75001 Paris).

The event is free and open to a wide audience, with a special focus on young people. The various activities offered will allow participants to learn, reflect, question, and exchange ideas about discrimination and ways to combat it.

The educational approach is based on games and interaction to facilitate engagement with the subject, deconstruct certain misconceptions, and encourage discussion among participants.

The challenges

Participants will be able to move between several spaces and take on different challenges:

1. True or False?
A card-based quiz to test knowledge, deconstruct certain misconceptions, and discuss discrimination and inequalities.

2. The Vocabulary of Conflict
An activity to better understand and distinguish between different concepts related to conflict, violence, and discrimination.

3. Discri’Match!
A matching game to identify different situations of discrimination and link them to the corresponding forms of discrimination.

4. The Discrimination Werewolf
If the group size permits, an immersive game particularly suited for teenagers and young people, allowing for a playful exploration of prejudices, discrimination mechanisms, and group dynamics.

5. Reactions to Youth Testimonies
Based on testimonies and reactions gathered during previous actions, participants will be invited to share their points of view, react, and exchange with the facilitators. The activities offered will be selected and adapted according to the audience present. Beyond the games, each challenge will serve as a basis for engaging in discussions about the different forms of discrimination, their consequences, and individual and collective levers for action.

A space for expression and appreciation

An additional space may also be set up to showcase works created by young people during our previous activities and to encourage participant expression. We would particularly like to offer a "Resource Wall," allowing everyone to share resources they recommend on themes of discrimination, racism, sexism, or LGBTQ+phobia: books, podcasts, shows, articles, or other resources.

We look forward to seeing many of you there!
