On Saturday, October 31, 2026, the Maurice Genevoix library in the 18th arrondissement invites children from the age of 2 to a special Halloween storytelling session. Titled Petites histoires pour se faire peur (mais pas trop quand même), this event features a selection of children's books highlighting friendly ghosts, witches, and vampires. It is a perfect opportunity to explore emotions and overcome minor fears in a welcoming environment. Attendance is free, but booking is mandatory through the library staff. The venue is fully accessible, including for wheelchair users and those with cognitive disabilities.
