On Sunday, December 13, 2026, from 15:00 to 17:00, the Drancy Shoah Memorial hosts a guided tour. Located opposite the Cité de la Muette, this historic site serves as a place of memory, education, and research regarding the main internment and transit camp for Jews in France during the war. Through digital tools and unique testimonies, visitors can learn about the deportation process that affected approximately 64,000 individuals. The premises are fully wheelchair accessible, ensuring that this significant historical experience remains open to everyone. Admission to the memorial and the guided tour is completely free of charge.
Located opposite the Cité de la Muette, the Shoah Memorial is a place of history, education, and memory, located very close to what was the main internment and transit camp for Jews in France. 80% of them passed through Drancy, approximately 64,000 people. The permanent exhibition traces, through digital tools and previously unpublished testimonies, the process of internment, transfer to the Bourget and Bobigny stations, and finally deportation to the extermination centers.
