About

Who takes care of us and who do we take care of. Who heals us and who do we heal.

This sophro-poetry workshop (body techniques, breathing, writing) is a gentle exploration of the verbs "to heal" and "to take care".

A workshop offered by Marcella, poet and sophrologist.

Words and healing in a single breath around the sophro-poetry workshops that I facilitate. I write with my hands, my arms, my belly, my thorax, my legs, the soles of my feet… Engaged in the movement of life.
My latest book "Les gens qui soignent" published by Les Venterniers (illustrations by Laura Penez), is dedicated to those people who make their daily lives a quest for the better, by caring for others
