About

The 10th's Autumn Festival

With The Autumn Festival (Les Automnales), the Hector Berlioz Conservatory inaugurates a new cultural event that will set the pace for the start of each season, from September to November. True to its mission, the conservatory asserts its role as a place of life, creation, and artistic dissemination, open to everyone.

Because culture is meant to be shared, all events are offered free of charge, subject to availability.

A journey into the heart of Italian music

The goal of the project is to highlight 20th-century Italian music through a dialogue between chamber music and film music. The pieces presented allow for the discovery of the deep affinities of these repertoires, understood as expressions of a common musical, narrative, and evocative sensibility, deeply rooted in the collective imagination.

A unique trio!

Italian Images is an artistic project by the Trio Kaîronós, an ensemble formed of three Italian musicians living in Paris: Elisa Secolin on flute, Gabriele Lissia on guitar, and Eléna Ortu on piano.

The flute, guitar, and piano ensemble—very rare in the chamber music repertoire—offers numerous possibilities for exploring timbres and playing with sound balances, thanks to the diverse instrumental combinations of this variable-geometry ensemble.

Our take on this event

Transport yourself to Italy through the unique chemistry of a flute, guitar, and piano trio dedicated to the country's cinematic soul. This rare chamber music configuration masterfully bridges the gap between orchestral soundtracks and intimate compositions, perfect for a contemplative afternoon of discovery.
