In 1896, Madeleine, a mysterious patient who would spend her life on tiptoes, claimed to be rising from the ground. Facing her, a fascinated doctor tries to solve the enigma through hypnosis and bring her back to reason. Inspired by a dark chapter of medical history, Valentine Losseau signs a fascinating creation around the poignant destiny of women labeled hysterical, torn between incomprehension and resistance.

In a prodigious scenic setup, bodies seem to float. Carried by Leïla Ka's choreography, this theater of realities becomes a dizzying sensory journey.
