The facility is fully wheelchair accessible and equipped to accommodate various sensory and cognitive needs.

As part of the 2026 Mon Premier Festival, the Saint-Eloi Library invites children from the age of 3 to discover the world of cinema through a sensory and inclusive lens. On October 23, from 10:00 to 10:30, the program Dans tous les sens features a combination of storytelling in French and French Sign Language, followed by two wordless animated short films. This setup ensures that the content is universally accessible to all young viewers.

The library is fully equipped to welcome individuals with reduced mobility, as well as those who are deaf, hard-of-hearing, blind, visually impaired, or living with cognitive disabilities. This session is free of charge and focuses on providing a gentle, educational introduction to the arts. Please note that the library team will also host a separate event at the Majestic Bastille cinema; that specific session requires a paid ticket and reservation directly through the cinema.
