The PMI Choron center invites expectant and new parents to join a workshop focused on environmental health for infants. Over the course of 1000 days from pregnancy to age two, creating a healthy home environment is essential. Participants will learn how to identify safe choices regarding hygiene products, toys, textiles, and household items through simple, budget-friendly advice. Led by experts in early childhood and environmental health, these sessions are free and fully accessible to wheelchair users. Attendees will receive an environmental health kit containing practical guides and healthy products to help them start this journey with peace of mind.
Are you expecting a child or have you just welcomed one? The City of Paris invites you to participate for free in "My first environmental health workshop", a new workshop to help you create a healthy environment during pregnancy and from the first months of your child's life. The first 1000 days of your child, from pregnancy to two years old, are very important for their health. These workshops aim to help you better understand the impact of the environment on your baby's health: hygiene products, textiles, food, toys, household products... and give you the keys to take simple actions, without disrupting your daily life or your budget. Facilitated by environmental health and early childhood specialists, these group workshops are free and open to all future parents or parents of newborns. At the end of the workshop, you will leave with an environmental health kit: healthy products, practical fact sheets, simple recipes... Everything you need to start with complete peace of mind!

Our take on this event

Sessions take place at the PMI Choron center, 3 rue Choron, 75009 Paris. The upcoming workshops are scheduled for Friday, November 13, 2026, and Friday, December 11, 2026, both running from 14:00 to 16:00. This event is free of charge, requires registration, and is wheelchair accessible.
