On December 6, 2026, the 20th edition of the MyoRun charity race takes place at the Hôpital de la Pitié-Salpêtrière in the 13th arrondissement of Paris. From 10:00 to 13:00, runners and walkers aged 6 and up can choose distances from 2 km to 10 km or join as relay teams. All registration fees support the AFM-Téléthon for rare disease research. Fully inclusive, the course is accessible to wheelchair users and adapted for individuals with sensory or cognitive disabilities. This morning of sport and solidarity is open to all skill levels, turning physical effort into a direct contribution for those affected by neuromuscular diseases.

MyoRun is not just a simple race. It is a way to celebrate effort: "Give muscle for those who have less."

Whether you are a seasoned runner or just starting out, this event is for you!

Four possible distances: choose yours!

Prices depend on the distance covered. Rates for free-pace distances:

  • 2 km (1 lap): 5 €
  • 4 km (2 laps): 10 €
  • 6 km (3 laps): 15 €
  • 10 km (5 laps): 25 €
  • DUO Relay free-pace 10 km: 30 € per team
  • QUATRO Relay free-pace family / school / group / company: 40 € per team
  • 2 km: perfect for beginners and those looking for a quiet run.
  • 4 km: a balanced challenge, suitable for most participants.
  • 6 km: an excellent choice for those who want to push their limits without overestimating themselves.
  • 10 km: a serious challenge for experienced runners, offering a rewarding goal.

Experience the excitement of relays!

One of the new highlights of MyoRun this year is the option to run in relays:

  • DUO Relay 10 km: team up with a friend, family member, or colleague to cover 10 km together. This format is based on teamwork, encouragement, and sharing a solidarity initiative.
  • QUATRO Relay 10 km: gather a team of four for a unique relay experience. Take on the 10 km challenge together and share a real moment of camaraderie and achievement.

What really sets MyoRun apart is its commitment.

We are proud to announce that all registration fees will be donated to the AFM-Telethon to support research and assistance for people affected by rare diseases.

Since 1987, the AFM-Telethon, notably through the televised Telethon, has been mobilizing to fight against rare diseases, including neuromuscular diseases, and to help and support those affected as well as their families.

The most anticipated event of the year is fast approaching!

We will be delighted to welcome you to the 20th edition of the MyoRun race at the iconic Pitié-Salpêtrière Hospital, in the 13th arrondissement of Paris.

As always, this event promises a unique, exciting, and supportive experience for everyone – walkers or runners of all levels – and helps support the AFM-Telethon association.

Our take on this event

The 20th MyoRun event is scheduled for Sunday, December 6, 2026, at the Pitié-Salpêtrière Hospital. This solidarity race is dedicated to raising funds for the AFM-Téléthon. Participants aged 6 and older can select their preferred distance: 2 km for 5 €, 4 km for 10 €, 6 km for 15 €, or 10 km for 25 €.

For those interested in team challenges, 10 km relays are available: the DUO relay for 30 € per team and the QUATRO relay for 40 € per team, suitable for families, schools, groups, or corporate teams. The event runs from 10:00 to 13:00.

Ensuring full inclusion, the venue and race are accessible to wheelchair users, individuals with cognitive disabilities, and those with visual or hearing impairments, with sign language support provided. Please be aware that there is a limited capacity of 650 race bibs for this edition. By participating, you support the ongoing efforts of the AFM-Téléthon to combat rare and neuromuscular diseases.
