Located in the 13th arrondissement, the PMI 49 Masséna center invites expectant parents and those with newborns to join the workshop 'Mon premier atelier santé environnement'. These free, wheelchair-accessible sessions focus on protecting your child's health during their first 1,000 days. Led by specialized staff, you will learn how to create a healthy environment by addressing everyday factors like hygiene products, nutrition, and textiles. It is an opportunity to gain practical advice that fits into your daily routine and budget, ensuring your baby starts life in the safest possible surroundings.
Are you expecting a child or have you just welcomed one? The City of Paris invites you to participate for free in "My first environmental health workshop", a new workshop to help you create a healthy environment during pregnancy and from your child's first months. The first 1000 days of your child's life, from pregnancy to their second birthday, are very important for their health. These workshops aim to help you better understand the impact of the environment on your baby's health: hygiene products, textiles, food, toys, household products... and give you the keys to act simply, without upsetting your daily life or your budget. Led by specialists in environmental health and early childhood, these group workshops are free and open to all future parents or parents of newborns. At the end of the workshop, you will leave with an environmental health kit: healthy products, practical sheets, simple recipes... Everything you need to start with peace of mind!

The period from pregnancy through the first two years of a child's life is vital for their long-term health.
